Music weaves a rhythm through my soul.....(New Artist Blog Unveil)

I came across this band through a comment posted by a friend on facebook. I was intrigued by her comment, so I looked up the name and fell in love with their sound. It is a beautiful mixture of irish punk, gypsy soul and lots of fun. The music flows through you and makes your feet want to get up and dance a jig around the room.

Start Wearing Purple

Here is a Shadow Shot Sunday image that I actually took in February in Pawtucket, RI:

"As the rise of the sun....a shadow emerges..."

Remember to check out the new posting by my friend and fellow artist HK Bakery Daughter and be sure to leave her a comment!

Have a wonderful weekend and enjoy the time with family and friends on this Easter holiday!

Kym, have you heard the Gypsy Kings? You might want to hear them...also Hevia. Hevia is a Spanish/Celtic group. I used to have their songs on my playlist, but Playlist doesn't have all the ones I wanted, so I took them off!
Have a great Easter and thanks for stopping by my blogs!

A very bold and brazen shadow from Nature on the old building. The human figure looks so fragile and dwarfed in contrast! Perhaps therein lies a message!

Love the contrast of the huge emerging shadow and the little shadow person! That's great. Isn't super discovering new cool music!?! Oh and no probs posting an older shadow shot. Most of us do that because we can't rely on the sneaky sun always being around.

Ok, off to check out that new blog now :)

Have a super Easter weekend!
